New Scheduled Class Workouts

The new group workouts start tmw !!!

The Resistance Class will be challenged with the new Interval Training workout. This is a fast paced workout which is bound to leave you shaking !!!!

Our Gravity Pilates class will be following more of a traditional matwork class with a number of functional exercises included. A slower paced class with huge rewards.
