The new Scheduled Group Class workouts are ready for action !!!

 

Our Resistance Class will following an advanced version of the popular Burn Under Full Force workout. This workout concentrates on strength and ‘Time Under Tension’. It is a very effective workout and you are sure to feel it the effects the next day.

 

Our Pilates class will be focusing on the Active Rest section of the Burn Under Full Force workout. This workout promotes active recovery, introducing full body movements to improve joint range of motion and stability. These exercises can be performed at a moderate pace for an energy-building routine, or you can turn up the pace to increase caloric burn without fatiguing the body.
