The end of the month is fast approaching and the new class workouts are being written.

 

The Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday resistance class will be following the Giant Sets program incorporating kettlebells and dumbbells into the routine.

 
The Saturday resistance class will be enjoying our new Amplified Workout program which is fast paced and sure to get the heart pumping.

 
The Monday and Saturday Pilates class will be focusing on Postural Health. A workout to combat common misalignments that can lead to decreased function and mobility.

 
Our classes are proving to be extremely popular and spaces are limited so be sure to book online in order to reserve your seat.

Please be advised that our scheduled Boot Camp and Pilates classes will be cancelled during the Christmas period.

The following classes are cancelled:

Boot Camp Resistance:

Tuesday 27th December 2011:        07:00  &  17:30

Wednesday 28th December 2011:   17:30

Thursday 29th December 2011:      17:30

Saturday 31st December 2011:       10:00

Pilates:

Monday 26th December 2011:        18:30

Saturday 31st December 2011:       11:00

Monday 2nd January 2012:            18:30

Our classes will start again on Tuesday 3rd January 2012.

Please note that we will still be available for 1:1 Personal Training and Private Classes during the Christmas period.
